Variety of tasks, including sanding, drilling, and finishing. **Job Description** * Prepare parts (sand, file, deburr, drill, finish), * Assemble electrical infrastructure, cable trays, and conduits, * Cable pulling, * Fabricate and install electrical panels, * Fabricate machine supports and guards, * Fabricate racks using TIG/MIG and electric welding ** Preference for TIG Welding Course - Availability to work on Sundays/holidays with overtime pay - Availability for travel - Meal allowance: R$33.52 per worked day (paid in cash) - Transportation allowance (paid in cash, amount equivalent to bus fare) - Gympass - Unimed health insurance after 90 days of experience (20% employee contribution) - Bradesco dental insurance after 90 days of experience (no employee contribution) - Life insurance - Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30–17:30; Friday, 07:30–16:30; 1-hour break - Salary commensurate with experience, determined during interview Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$0.01 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
