Job Summary: The professional will process, analyze, and review warranty claims, contributing to cost optimization and resolution of product issues through analysis and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Development of field studies and evaluations, and warranty statistics **Responsibilities:** * Process, review, and analyze warranty claims, including repairs and reimbursements. * Contribute to the implementation and adoption of cost-reduction initiatives, as well as optimization of repair time for both warranty and non-warranty incidents. * Collaborate directly with other departments, as requested, to ensure cross-functional communication and resolution of product issues. * Analyze, develop field studies and evaluations, and warranty statistics to prevent recurring incidents. * Assist in resolving deficiencies in the organization’s products and systems. * Prepare procedural circulars or technical bulletins for the dealer network when necessary. * Analyze the dealer network’s warranty indicator database to perform warranty labor assessments. * Monitor duplication of incidents identified in Nissan products through testing of returned warranty parts. * Create, monitor, and forecast (trend analysis) performance indicators, volume, and quality of the process. * Extract and analyze the warranty database to identify dispersion or unusual repairs performed by the dealer network. * Analyze, develop field studies and evaluations, and warranty statistics in coordination with headquarters to prevent recurring incidents. **Knowledge/Skills:** * Systemic perspective and focus on prevention. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Out-of-the-box thinking. * Analytical profile. **Software:** * Microsoft Office \- Advanced * SAP4 Hanna system * Power\-Bi \- Considered a plus. **Experience:** * Proven experience in the functional area corresponding to this position; * Prior experience in the industry (preferably automotive) or automotive technical assistance is desirable. * Experience in developing and analyzing managerial reports and quality tools. * Knowledge of vehicle components (desirable). **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Production Engineering / Administration; * Postgraduate degree desirable. **Languages:** * English \- Advanced (Mandatory); * Spanish considered a plus. **Work Location:** * NBA \- São Paulo, SP; **Work Model:** * Hybrid (4x1\) **Business Travel:** * Willingness to undertake occasional travel as required by the department.
