Responsible for analyzing and inspecting vehicles to meet and promote demand for wheel alignment, balancing, and tire replacement services at the business unit. * Conduct technical vehicle analysis, identifying and justifying required services to meet customer maintenance needs, addressing safety-related items, and offering additional products and services; * Perform wheel alignment and balancing on vehicles; * Ensure the quality of services delivered, preventing rework and/or customer complaints; * Drive sales and installation of new tires sold by the dealership; * Analyze and technically justify tire warranty claims.
