




Perform administrative functions, assist in coordinating work activities, analyze control systems and general administrative methods, participate in organizational planning and workflow management, with the objective of rationalizing and improving operational efficiency. Assist in drafting official documents of technical, legal, instructional, or educational nature—such as official letters, spreadsheets, reports, infographics, presentations, manuals, procedural documents, and other materials to be developed by the civil servant/authority responsible for decision-making; Design presentations in general, create cards, logos, and user manuals, adapt and derive graphic materials and related items; Proofread all texts produced across content areas; Assist in monitoring activities related to personnel, material, and administrative communication organization, to be carried out by the civil servant/authority responsible for decision-making; Assist in preparing technical studies in the field of information and communication technology; Assist in preparing technical studies in the fields of civil engineering and architecture for teams working on construction project implementation; Assist and advise on layout design for communication-related materials, social media content and related items, graphic design, and preparation and finalization of files for web-based or printed pre-press production, to be developed by the Autarquia’s teams responsible for creating advertising and journalistic materials and campaigns of the FNDE; Assist in conducting doctrinal, jurisprudential, and legislative research to be carried out by the civil servant/authority responsible for decision-making; Assist departments in executing human resource management, logistics, layout design, communication publishing, and other related activities; Assist in consolidating information required for institutional strategic planning and programs to be developed by the civil servant/authority responsible for decision-making; Support the civil servant/authority responsible for decision-making in activities aimed at developing, analyzing, and proposing improvements to public policies and strategic monitoring, through processing information, routines, and sources collected and generated for this purpose; assist in collecting data that will support public policy analyses conducted by the civil servant/authority responsible for decision-making; Assist in producing information necessary for developing business projects and processes by the civil servant/authority responsible for decision-making; Support the civil servant/authority responsible in research underpinning the development of international cooperation agreements; Support the data collection process that will inform analyses of project proposals and partnership instruments to be developed by the civil servant/authority responsible for decision-making; support the civil servant/authority responsible in the technical analysis of initiatives, projects, and work plans to be developed and updated; Support the preparation of internal and managerial reports through statistical surveys, indicator analysis, and research; Review procedural documentation, financial values, and accountability statements, as applicable, to verify compliance of documents comprising the process; Perform or verify arithmetic, graphical, and statistical calculations to support activities undertaken by the civil servant/authority responsible for decision-making; Provide support regarding supervision and management of administrative contracts; Support the gathering of research data, and the creation of charts and tables for preliminary technical studies in procurement processes, risk mapping, and basic project designs. **Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** Advanced computer literacy; Advanced proficiency in MS Office; Thorough knowledge of grammar, orthography, and Official Writing standards; Ability to interpret and produce texts; Proficiency in mathematical calculations.
