




* Build relationships with technical and commercial contacts within OEMs (Brazil and abroad); * Translate demands into technological roadmaps and technical-commercial proposals aligned with the customer's actual needs; * Communicate clearly and in depth with all customer stakeholders, including quality engineering; * Identify opportunities based on demands, pinpoint key products, and develop strategic plans for the company; * Perform cost breakdowns (product P&L), understand price adjustment dynamics, and renegotiate terms with OEMs; * Resolve conflicts with OEMs in a technical, strategic, and diplomatic manner.
