




Job Summary: The professional will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage relationships with architects, and ensure commercial excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities; Manage and strengthen relationships with the architect client portfolio; Prepare commercial proposals, conduct negotiations, and close sales; Promote loyalty among architects, designers, and clients; Represent the company at architecture and design industry events and trade fairs; Ensure excellence and quality throughout all stages of the commercial process; Achieve company-established targets and objectives. **Requirements:** Reside near the Alphaville region. Sales experience in the furniture sector (preferred). Experience engaging with and serving architects and designers; Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and professional demeanor; Availability to work on Saturdays; Bachelor’s degree completed in Architecture or Design (preferred); Ability to read floor plans; Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp. Basic English (preferred); Immediate availability to start. Benefits **Location:** Alphaville, Barueri \- SP, **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM \- Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM\. One Saturday off per month, potentially increasing to two upon target achievement. **Salary:** R$2\.116,00 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Commission of 1% to 3.5% \+ Bonus \+ Campaign-based incentives. **Average Compensation:** R$6\.000,00 \- R$10\.000,00 **Important:** The selection process will take place before year-end, with an anticipated start date of 01/12/2026\.
