A boutique company in the **construction finishing and design sector**, located in **Vila São Francisco – West Zone of São Paulo**, seeks an organized, proactive, and eager-to-learn professional to support the commercial department. We work with premium products targeted at architecture and interior design, serving end customers, architects, and industry professionals. If you value organization, customer service, and are passionate about architecture and decoration, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Initial in-store and telephone customer service * Supporting the sales team in customer service and process organization * Preparing quotations and commercial proposals * Registering customers and products in the system * Quantitative takeoffs and technical support for projects * Basic reading of architectural plans and floor/tile layout drawings * Organizing documents, samples, and files * Scheduling and tracking commercial processes * General administrative and store management support * Supporting the on-site measurement team **Requirements** * Degree in or currently studying Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other rendering software * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible * Ability to work effectively in a team * Advanced internet search and research skills * Basic knowledge of AI applications in architecture * Ability to perform calculations and strategic task planning **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in finishing, architecture, or decoration stores * Experience serving Tier-A and Tier-B customers * Knowledge of architectural plan reading and material quantity takeoffs * Experience in administrative routines **Desired Profile** We seek a candidate who is: ✔ organized ✔ proactive ✔ responsible ✔ detail-oriented ✔ eager to learn and grow professionally ✔ non-smoker ✔ driver’s license preferred, and ability to drive **Work Location** Vila São Francisco – West Zone – São Paulo **Working Hours** Monday to Friday 08:45 to 18:00 Saturday 10:00 to 14:00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Performance bonus after probation period ***Note: Please submit your resume with an updated photo.*** Salary: R$1\.730,00 per month Work Mode: On-site
