We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide the technological evolution of financial products, balancing technical excellence with delivery agility. **The Challenge:** **Architecture Leadership:** Making technical decisions across diverse tech stacks (Go, Java, and Mendix) and ensuring scalability on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). **Strategic Hands\-on Work:** Providing consultative support, conducting critical code reviews, and resolving performance bottlenecks. **Business Bridge:** Acting as the liaison between Product and Engineering to enable high\-impact financial services. People Development: Disseminating best practices and elevating the team’s quality bar through mentoring. Requirements: What we seek: * Solid experience as a Tech Lead or Architect. * Experience in the Financial Services sector. * Multi\-stack profile (Go/Java \+ Low\-code/Mendix platforms). * Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) or other cloud providers.
