You join to create the new. \#VemSerElgin \#ElginMaisDoQueVocêImagina **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain strong alignment with business areas, understanding needs, identifying opportunities, and presenting proposals focused on delivering value. * Evaluate project, improvement, and maintenance demands, structuring responses according to priorities, costs, risks, and deadlines. * Coordinate, plan, and monitor activities related to the development, implementation, and evolution of systems and applications. * Manage internal teams and suppliers, ensuring adherence to processes, quality standards, information security, and solution governance. * Encourage and monitor team development, fostering collaboration, teamwork, continuous learning, and leadership in the company’s digital transformation. * Promote innovation initiatives, Artificial Intelligence, and data management, identifying opportunities for automation, advanced analytics, and responsible use of information to improve processes, support decision-making, and enhance customer experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields. * **Technical courses and certifications in data and AI.** * 5 or more years of experience in people management. * Knowledge of BI solution architecture, data modeling, system integration, and information governance. * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence architecture, including concepts of automation, advanced data analytics, and responsible AI usage. * Knowledge and experience in IT demand management, projects, and improvements, using traditional or agile methodologies. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, professional development, and results-oriented focus. * Experience managing schedules, priorities, risks, and deliverables. * Experience managing budgets, contracts, and suppliers. * Strong interpersonal skills and ease of communication with peers, internal customers, suppliers, and team members. * Strong sense of urgency, organization, proactivity, and prioritization ability. **Additional Information** Why work at Elgin?
