This position requires autonomy to investigate issues, propose solutions, oversee their implementation, and ensure that systems effectively support the company’s operations. **Brief Description:** Design information technology solutions by identifying customer needs and creating architecture diagrams. Develop and deploy information technology systems, sizing system requirements and functionalities. Administer and establish standards for the IT environment, plan and execute system testing, provide technical support to customers, prepare technical documentation, and research technological innovations. **Job Mission:** Ensure the efficiency, availability, and evolution of the company’s information systems by performing analysis, deployment, support, and continuous improvement of technological solutions—contributing to business process integration, increased productivity, and information security. **Main Activities/Responsibilities:** 1\. Provide internal support to system users, promptly identifying and resolving issues. 2\. Serve as the focal point between the company and system vendors, tracking requests, projects, fixes, and deliveries. 3\. Ensure system updates and monitor their technological evolution. 4\. Monitor vendor performance and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs). 5\. Identify opportunities and implement technological solutions for process optimization and continuous improvement. 6\. Monitor integrations among systems, ensuring proper functionality and timely interface updates. 7\. Coordinate continuous improvement projects to align system-executed processes with the company’s operational processes. 8\. Develop and maintain customizations on the \*\*SENIOR SISTEMAS\*\* platform—including screen creation, queries, and reports—with specific training provided when necessary. 9\. Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, systems, and integrations. **Requirements:** \* Bachelor’s degree completed in fields related to \*\*Information Technology, Management, or Engineering\*\*. \* Experience in implementation, administration, management, and updating of ERP systems, preferably \*\*SENIOR SISTEMAS\*\* or similar solutions. * Experience managing technology vendors and monitoring SLAs. * Experience in mapping, analyzing, and improving processes. \* Advanced knowledge of \*\*SQL\*\*, including queries, data analysis, and optimization. * Knowledge of system integrations and analysis of issues related to information exchange between platforms. **Technical and Behavioral Competencies:** \* Familiarity with the \*\*SENIOR SISTEMAS\*\* platform. * Ability to analyze and improve processes. * Project management and change leadership focused on results. * Proactivity in identifying and anticipating problems. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users, internal teams, and vendors. * Logical reasoning and critical thinking for problem diagnosis and resolution. * Dynamism and orientation toward practical results. * Systemic vision and ability to understand the interrelationship among processes, systems, and business areas. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive solutions to completion.
