**Position: Senior Systems Analyst****Employment Type: CLT** **Work Mode: Hybrid** **Work Location: São Paulo \- SP** **Education: Bachelor's degree in IT** **Mandatory Requirements / Technology / Required Knowledge** **Key Responsibilities** \- Billing Modernization: Lead the technological and functional transition of banking billing systems to enhance efficiency and integration via APIs.\- Book-entry Duplicate and Assets: Lead the implementation and maintenance of book-entry duplicate workflows, ensuring interoperability with registrars and compliance with BACEN regulations.\- Core Banking (Autbank) Management: Work on Autbank modules including Billing, Check Processing, DDA, MES, and Current Accounts, ensuring stability and evolution of these environments.\- CNPJ Alfa Integration: Coordinate system adjustments for accurate identification and handling of data within the CNPJ Alfa ecosystem.\- Regulatory Interface: Monitor and implement changes requested by NUCLEA (formerly CIP) and the Central Bank related to the New Billing Platform (NPC).Essential Requirements\- Senior Experience: Proven track record in mission-critical banking systems, with focus on billing and financial settlement.\- Autbank: Advanced hands-on experience with Autbank modules (Billing, Check Processing, DDA, MES, and Current Accounts).\- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of asset registration workflows, book-entry duplicate processes, and banking messaging (SPB/NPC XML messages).\- Technical Background: Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or SQL Server) for data analysis and complex troubleshooting.\- Methodologies: Demonstrated experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and delivery lifecycle management (SDLC).\- Daily use of AIs to support work outcomes (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).Differentiators\- Prior experience in technology migration or upgrade projects.\- Technical knowledge of API architecture and microservice integration.\- Certification in Project Management or Business Analysis (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
