Senior QA Engineer

### **Responsibilities** * Define and execute test strategies for critical user journeys and integrations. * Implement and maintain an end-to-end UI test suite using Playwright with TypeScript. * Automate REST API tests and validate authentication, contracts, pagination, and versioning. * Implement contract testing between Frontend, BFF, and APIs. * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. * Support the definition of acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready (DoR) / Definition of Done (DoD), and test traceability. * Collaborate closely with Frontend, Backend, Architecture, and UX/UI teams. * Perform root cause analysis, defect triage, and continuous improvement of tests and pipelines. * Ensure auditable test execution evidence and reporting. * Document standards and support the evolution of test automation. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in QA for complex web applications. * Proficiency in Playwright for end-to-end UI automation with TypeScript. * Experience with REST API testing. * Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC authentication and schema validation. * Experience with contract testing (e.g., Pact or equivalent). * Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with Docker for test execution and troubleshooting. * Experience with cross-browser testing and headless/CI-based test execution. * Knowledge of observability and test evidence generation. * Experience with Jira and test traceability tools. * Strong communication skills in Portuguese and reading/writing proficiency in English. * Senior profile with autonomy and collaborative mindset. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and Spartacus/Composable Storefront. * Experience in complex B2B projects. * Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA integrations. * Knowledge of accessibility testing and web quality standards. * Experience with performance testing using k6 or JMeter. * Familiarity with API Gateway (Kong) and Identity Provider (Keycloak). * Experience with GraphQL. * Experience with tools such as Allure, Zephyr, Xray, or TestRail. **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
