Job details Type of contract: * Service provider (PJ) Professional area: Information Technology / IT Work modality: Remote Responsibilities and duties Responsible for supporting and evolving the platform's DevSecOps architecture and distributed environments, ensuring service availability, scalability, security, and observability. Will be responsible for operating Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes/K3S environments; maintaining CI/CD pipelines; automation; monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana; and providing technical support to squads on cloud-native and microservices solutions. Support the maintenance, evolution, and modernization of the DevSecOps architecture and the platform's distributed environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, observability, and reliability of services and integrations. Work in containerized environments using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes/K3S, supporting the construction and operation of cloud-native platforms oriented toward microservices and mission-critical distributed solutions. Be responsible for Linux environment administration and troubleshooting, implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, management of distributed environments, and technical support to development squads in adopting DevOps and observability best practices. Design monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana, creating dashboards, metrics, proactive alerts, and troubleshooting mechanisms for high-volume and high-availability environments. Be responsible for performance analysis, fault tolerance, horizontal scalability, inter-microservice communication, service discovery, load balancing, and troubleshooting of distributed applications, directly contributing to platform stability and evolution. Requirements and qualifications Operating systems (Windows, Linux); Databases and data structures – expert level; Agile methodology – expert level; Docker and containers – advanced level; Container orchestration (Kubernetes/K3S); Linux environment administration and troubleshooting; K3S administration and troubleshooting for lightweight and edge computing environments; Monitoring and observability with Prometheus and Grafana; Implementation of metrics, dashboards, and proactive alerts; Knowledge of distributed systems architecture; Knowledge of high availability, horizontal scalability, and fault tolerance; Troubleshooting of distributed environments and microservices; Experience with CI/CD pipelines targeting containerized environments; Networking knowledge, service discovery, load balancing, and inter-container communication; Experience with observability, centralized logging, and distributed tracing; Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and environment automation. DIFFERENTIALS: Experience with cloud-native environments; Experience with microservices-based architecture; Kubernetes, Docker, or Linux certifications; Experience with observability and SRE; Prior experience in high-volume and mission-critical environments; Knowledge of messaging and distributed integration platforms.
