This role blends technical responsibility with business acumen: you not only write code but also understand the customer’s problem and actively contribute to solving it with quality. We seek a technically strong professional with maturity to guide architectural decisions, support the team through technical challenges, and maintain high delivery standards—even in complex or high-pressure contexts. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** -------------------------------- Develop, maintain, and enhance systems with a focus on quality, readability, and performance Review code to identify bugs, improvement opportunities, and technical risks Participate in project deliveries, assisted operations, and user training Support client production environment configuration (Cutover) Contribute to action plans during crises or when reducing support queues Handle service requests and support—including incidents, problems, and warranties Prepare technical specifications and accurately estimate development hours Implement features according to specifications with minimal rework Develop complex scripts, database structures, routines, and functions Define scopes and budgets for enhancements and projects Support the Product Owner or Consultant in diagnosing issues and guiding solution direction Gather requirements, define scope, and align estimates with client needs Produce clear, concise, and useful documentation for both the team and the client **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** ---------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields Minimum of 3 years of software development experience Solid experience with DDD, Clean Architecture, and Clean Code Object-oriented programming and strong programming logic Version control with Git Experience with React 17, TypeScript, Firebase, Mapbox Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Express, Fluent Bit Experience with PHP 7\.4, Laravel 6, Slim Framework Experience with Kotlin 2\.x, Quarkus 3\.15\+, fmodel, NATS Experience with Mobile: Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM), JVM, Swift, UIKit Experience with WebSocket Experience with databases: SQL Server, MySQL 8\.0, Firebase Firestore, Firebase RTDB, DynamoDB, Realm (iOS) Experience with AWS Cloud: IAM, EKS, SQS, SES, SNS Experience with ORM Advanced English **Profile and competencies:** -------------------------- Ability to translate business processes into software solutions Analytical mindset and attention to detail Aptitude to understand and evolve existing systems Skill in modeling data based on customer requirements Collaborative profile, with willingness to support and develop the team **Nice-to-have (not mandatory, but desirable):** ---------------------------------------------------- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) Knowledge of automated testing Proficiency in Spanish We seek candidates comfortable working in an AI-driven environment who understand how AI can enhance productivity, code quality, and value delivery to customers.
