This position is for the Technology Performance team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop advanced analytics, dashboards, analytical models, and intelligent, data-driven solutions, transforming information into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making; * Build, evolve, and maintain analytical solutions, automations, internal products, and data- and AI-oriented applications using AI-assisted development and tools such as Windsurf or similar; * Operate within an AI-driven operational model, leveraging LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, intelligent agents, and automations to accelerate analytics, code generation, documentation, investigations, and continuous evolution of the team’s solutions; * Work on data extraction, processing, integration, and preparation for analytical consumption and intelligent models, interfacing with pipelines, data architectures, and corporate analytical environments; * Apply best practices in governance, versioning, MLOps, and data quality and security, while also contributing to advancing the analytical culture and AI adoption within the team; * Digital mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and interest in understanding how artificial intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience with advanced SQL, Python, exploratory data analysis, dashboard development, KPIs, and insight generation to support decision-making; * Hands-on experience developing or applying analytical models, machine learning, predictive analytics, or applied data science solutions in business contexts; * Knowledge or experience using artificial intelligence in data work, including generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, intelligent automations, and AI-assisted development with tools such as Windsurf or similar; * Knowledge of data architecture and engineering, including concepts such as Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse, data pipelines, REST APIs, versioning, and CI/CD. **Additional information** **Work model:** Anywhere Office \- 100% remote. **Benefits:** * Meal voucher/Food allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Remote work allowance; * Profit Sharing Program; * Setup Kit voucher; * Life insurance; * Birthday day off; * GoGood \| Conexa; * Health and wellness promotion program; Partnerships and discounts. * One of our core pillars is valuing people, and we proudly state that we are a company committed to diversity and inclusion.
