We seek a **Data Analyst** with an analytical, critical, and collaborative mindset — someone who transforms large volumes of data into **clear, reliable, and actionable insights**. This person will work directly on the **BIUD ESG Platform**, ensuring data quality, consistency, and intelligence to support internal decision-making, product evolution, and advisory support to partners. This role involves close collaboration with **Product and Technology teams**, participating in refinement sessions and planning meetings, defining metrics, KPIs, and analytical strategies.
