Here, your mission is to transform every interaction into an opportunity for growth and engagement. **Responsibilities and duties** * **Opportunity identification**: Identify new customer needs and expand the portfolio of services offered to clients. * **Proactive communication**: Maintain daily contact with clients, participate in meetings, and interact via email and WhatsApp. * **Strategic relationship building**: Establish a close bond with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service. * **Platform adoption**: Increase usage of Pmweb’s platforms and products, driving customer engagement and satisfaction. * **Workshop facilitation**: Deliver and develop workshops to empower clients in effectively using available tools. * **Project management**: Engage in special projects assigned by management and collaborate with operational teams. * **Metrics monitoring**: Monitor client metrics daily to ensure strategies remain optimized. * **Impactful reporting**: Develop and present weekly and monthly reports with insights on service performance and consumption. * **CRM strategy development and implementation**: Focus on optimizing segmentation and personalization of campaigns, using methodologies such as RFV and LTV. * **Control group implementation**: Measure marketing campaign effectiveness to ensure efficient resource allocation. * **LTV analysis**: Identify high-value customers and propose actions to maximize return on relationships. * **Multichannel campaign development**: Create campaigns aligned with customer needs and behaviors, leveraging segmentation data. * **CRM KPI monitoring**: Analyze retention rates, churn, and engagement, suggesting continuous improvements. * **Internal team collaboration**: Work with marketing, data, and BI teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives. * **Detailed performance reporting**: Provide insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields. * Prior experience in client portfolio management and strategic customer service. * Solid knowledge of digital marketing, CRM campaigns, and performance analytics. * Familiarity with CRM, CRO, and Loyalty market practices. * Data analysis skills, including metrics and results interpretation, to identify new business opportunities. **Additional information** * Remote work model.
