If you fit this profile, join our team! ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Structure the functional and strategic framework of the data area; * Conduct meetings with business users to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities; * Map business indicators (KPIs) and associated systems; * Build and document the data dictionary; * Structure and enhance the conceptual data architecture; * Define and organize data governance practices, ensuring consistency and standardization of information; * Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams; * Prepare all documentation and structural artifacts required for the data engineering phase; * Support information organization and definition of business rules for future implementations. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Solid experience as a Senior BI Analyst or in related roles; * Experience gathering requirements from business areas; * Hands-on experience mapping business indicators (KPIs) and metrics; * Knowledge of conceptual data modeling; * Experience with data governance; * Experience developing data dictionaries and functional documentation; * Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams; * Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders across different departments; * Analytical mindset focused on organizing and structuring information; * Availability to work on a temporary project starting immediately. ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of ETL and data pipelines; * Experience in data architecture projects; * Experience in data engineering; * Experience in data governance and data quality initiatives; * Familiarity with BI tools and analytical platforms; * Experience in enterprise environments with multiple integrated systems.
