**Position: Senior Agile Practitioner****Employment Type: CLT** **Work Mode: Remote** **Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree** **Mandatory Requirements / Technologies / Knowledge Required** Requirements: 1\. Proficiency in Agile Methodologies In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP, and hybrid models. Ability to select, adapt, and combine frameworks according to the project and organizational context. Clear understanding of the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto, going beyond mechanical application of ceremonies. 2\. Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies Efficient planning and facilitation of: Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review Sprint Retrospective Use of facilitation techniques to ensure focus, engagement, and delivery of real value, avoiding unproductive meetings. 3\. Agile Flow and Metrics Management Knowledge and application of metrics such as: Lead Time, Cycle Time Throughput Velocity Burn-down / Burn-up charts Ability to interpret metrics as indicators of continuous improvement—not as punitive control tools. 4\. Agile Management Tools Practical experience with tools such as: Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Monday, ClickUp Configuration and maintenance of: Backlog Kanban boards Dashboards and reports Technical support to the team for effective tool usage. 5\. Backlog Management and Collaboration with Product Owner Direct support to the PO in: Writing and refining User Stories Prioritization based on business value Release planning Ensuring the backlog is clear, prioritized, and ready for development. 6\. Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Solid understanding of: Software architecture Integrations QA / automated testing DevOps and CI/CD (even at a conceptual level) Ability to engage in technical dialogue with developers without assuming a technical role. 7\. Change Management and Agile Transformation Experience in implementing or evolving Agile culture. Ability to operate in traditional environments, helping the organization gradually migrate to Agile models.
