Since our founding in 2010, we have believed in the potential to build meaningful stories with our clients; to become part of their lives, we went further: establishing a commitment to quality and efficient developments. **WE BELIEVE IN CHANGE—ESPECIALLY IN CHANGING LIVES.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure the growth of 7LM in the Campo Grande region by identifying, enabling, and legalizing new developments, proactively engaging with landowners, public officials, technical professionals, and other stakeholders involved in the real estate development process. **New Business Acquisition** * Identify land parcels with potential for residential development (MCMV Tiers 1 and 2). * Evaluate technical, commercial, and urban planning aspects of land parcels. * Negotiate directly with landowners, brokers, and intermediaries. * Present preliminary feasibility studies focused on financial return and alignment with 7LM standards. * Lead prospecting activities through to signing of exchange, purchase, or partnership agreements. **Legalization and Approvals** * Coordinate project approval processes with municipal, state, and federal agencies (PLANURB, SEMADUR, IMASUL, AGEHAB\-MS, notary offices, utility providers, and others). * Monitor timelines for building permit issuance, environmental licensing, subdivision/condominium registration, and contracting with Caixa Econômica Federal. * Track deadlines, pending items, and technical submissions involving architects, urban planners, engineers, and legal advisors. * Support project structuring for contracting with Caixa Econômica Federal via Production Support. **Institutional Relationship Management and Representation** * Represent 7LM before public agencies, municipal councils, and professional associations, maintaining a technically sound approach aligned with the company’s culture. * Develop a local network of contacts—including lawyers, licensing agents, engineers, brokers, political leaders, and community representatives—to facilitate project advancement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in real estate development, land subdivisions, or project approvals. * Knowledge of urban legalization and notarial procedures for real estate developments. **Additional Information** This position is offered as a Service Provider role.
