Teamwork with emphasis on standardization and control Accepted Qualifications: Architect **Civil Engineer** Building Technician **Electrotechnical Technician** Electrical Engineer Location: São José dos Campos / Caraguatatuba (regional coverage, including travel) Role Objective Lead and unblock multiple concurrent projects and construction works, ensuring deadlines, CMV, and technical standards, with daily updates via Bitrix (CRM) and direct interface with operations, technical teams, and field staff. Leadership here is hands-on — defined by execution and delivery. Main Responsibilities * Update and monitor projects and construction works in Bitrix (CRM/Projects/Drive): stages, deadlines, responsible persons, pending items, evidence, and records * Conduct daily “follow\-up” with field staff and operations: prioritization, bottlenecks, releases, decision logging, and execution follow-up * Produce and standardize technical documentation: descriptive memoranda, access opinions, electrical diagrams, datasheet compilations, and as-built drawings when required * Develop and review AutoCAD projects (floor plans, infrastructure, details) and align them with field conditions * Build and maintain material lists (BOM) and quantity takeoffs, coordinating with execution and procurement to avoid rework and material shortages * Control CMV: verification of quantities, requisitions, purchases, returns, deviations, and adjustments, with full traceability * Control schedule: milestones, deadlines, and recovery plans for delays, registered in Bitrix * Collaborate with the technical team to standardize installation checklists and construction acceptance criteria Mandatory Requirements * Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and construction site routines (field \+ office) * Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets (cost tracking, quantity takeoffs, controls, and verifications) * Experience with AutoCAD and project interpretation * Experience or solid foundation in electrical diagrams and low-voltage infrastructure * Discipline in recordkeeping and control (Bitrix as the single source of truth) * Driver’s License Category B Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Bitrix (CRM/Projects/Drive) * 3D simulations/modeling (software for generation/simulation) * Field experience with surveys, validation, and rapid adjustments * Document standardization (templates, checklists, revision control) Expected Profile * Owner mindset: solves problems, documents actions, follows up, and delivers results * Execution-driven leadership: no “desk-bound” roles — focused on outcomes * Concise communication with field staff, procurement, and technical teams * Attention to detail and document standardization Performance-Based Bonus * Bonus for maintaining CMV within established parameters * Bonus for completing construction works on schedule (schedule SLA) * Rules and targets defined in internal policy and/or contractual addendum Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
