This role is strategic and requires a full understanding of the real estate development lifecycle—from initial feasibility studies through to coordinating third-party professionals. We seek someone with critical thinking skills, technical and creative insight, who wishes to grow alongside a company experiencing continuous expansion. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor **massing studies** for new developments; * Conduct **critical analysis of 3D renderings, digital and physical models**, ensuring alignment with the product concept and company standards; * Coordinate and manage **third-party architects and architecture firms**; * Support the legalization and incorporation team with technical information and project adjustments as needed; * Participate in cross-departmental product alignment meetings; * Ensure projects align with business objectives and applicable technical and legal regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Required** * Completed degree in Architecture and Urban Planning (active registration with CAU); * Experience in **massing studies**, product development, and **legal projects**; * Knowledge of urban legislation, zoning regulations, master plans, and building codes; * Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing **images, 3D models, and renderings**; * Experience managing third-party vendors; * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite. ### **Preferred** * Experience working at real estate developers or land developers; * Knowledge of technical and economic feasibility analysis for real estate projects; * Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday).
