If you fit this profile, join our team! ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Serve as the technical reference for the squad, ensuring the sustainability and evolution of AI and automation solutions. * Design scalable architectures for AI solutions, including agents, copilots, RAG, intelligent workflows, AI pipelines, and multimodal solutions. * Define standards for integration, observability, security, scalability, and governance. * Lead technical decisions regarding architecture, code quality, software engineering, and technical debt elimination. * Conduct research, proofs of concept (PoCs), and applied innovation in Generative AI. * Define MLOps/LLMOps processes, versioning, observability, governance, and Responsible AI. * Maintain critical environments, performing root cause analysis and resolution of incidents. * Promote best practices, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Solid experience in Solutions Architecture and Software Engineering. * Advanced experience with Generative AI, including: LLMs; RAG (Vector Database, Embeddings, Chunking, Retrieval, and Re-ranking); AI Agents; Prompt Engineering and Context Engineering. * Hands-on experience with frameworks such as: LangChain; LangGraph; LlamaIndex; Semantic Kernel; AutoGen; CrewAI (a plus). * Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Observability. * Proficiency in Python (primary) and TypeScript. * Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases. * Knowledge of Git and modern software development best practices. * Experience with scalable system architecture, integrations, and solution governance.
