**Position: Network Administrator \-SP**
**Minimum continuous experience required for this role: 6 years or more.**
**Monthly compensation up to**: 12k \-PJ
**Work mode:** FULLY ON-SITE \- Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
**1\. POSITION OBJECTIVE**
The incumbent is primarily responsible for the administration, operation, and strategic evolution of the company's Information Technology infrastructure, with mandatory emphasis on data resilience, backup strategies, disaster recovery (DR), and operational continuity. The professional will manage complex technical environments—both on-premises and cloud-based—ensuring critical company assets operate with high availability and optimized performance.
**2\. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
2\.1\. Backup and Recovery (Primary Focus)
Plan, implement, and manage advanced data protection policies using Veeam Backup \& Replication.
Execute and rigorously monitor backup routines, validating data integrity and compliance with maintenance windows.
Conduct periodic restore tests and Disaster Recovery (DR) simulations to ensure the effectiveness of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for recovery procedures and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) manuals.
Propose and implement continuous improvements to protection strategies, aiming to reduce RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and RTO (Recovery Time Objective).
2\.2\. Network Infrastructure and Security
Administer SonicWall TZ 470 and WatchGuard TZ 370 perimeter firewalls, including access rule management, security policies, and VPN tunnels.
Monitor network perimeters and respond promptly to detected security incidents and vulnerabilities.
2\.3\. Servers and Systems
Administer server fleets running Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, and RHEL distributions) on Dell hardware.
Manage the full lifecycle of physical servers and virtual instances—from provisioning to secure decommissioning.
Apply OS hardening techniques following industry best practices (CIS Benchmarks).
2\.4\. Cloud Computing
Manage critical resources on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms, including virtual machines, storage instances, virtual networks, and identity management (IAM).
Implement and sustain hybrid architectures and multi-cloud scenarios, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
Monitor resource consumption and optimize cloud costs (FinOps).
2\.5\. Virtualization
**3\. MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
Proven, hands-on experience administering Veeam Backup \& Replication.
Proficiency in administering SonicWall and/or WatchGuard firewalls.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
Practical experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper\-V virtualized environments.
Experience managing public cloud resources (Azure or AWS).
Experience administering Dell storage systems and managed switches.
Proficiency with monitoring tools (Zabbix and Grafana).
Fundamental knowledge of security technologies: Cloudflare WAF and ZTNA.
**4\. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (ADDITIONAL ASSETS)**
Relevant technical certifications: Veeam VMSP/VMCA, SonicWall CSSA, AWS Certified, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, or Zabbix Certified.
Knowledge of governance and security frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and LGPD compliance.
Scripting automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
Prior experience in complex cloud migration projects.
Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and opening support tickets with vendors.
**5\. EDUCATION**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems,
