JUNIOR JAVA ANALYST

**JUNIOR JAVA ANALYST** The Junior Java Analyst will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and evolution of systems and applications using the Java language. They will work on strategic projects, ensuring the quality and performance of solutions, and actively participate in architecture definitions and development best practices. We are looking for a person motivated by our clients' businesses and seeking to grow in their career. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement robust Java solutions, following software architecture standards; * Analyze, design, and optimize code to ensure high performance and application security; * Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment); * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (DevOps, QA, UX/UI) to deliver complete and integrated solutions; * Propose continuous improvements to existing systems, aiming for modernization and efficiency; * Ensure technical documentation of the developed systems; * Act as a technical reference for other developers, promoting mentorship and knowledge sharing; * Have experience in using AI for software development. **Requirements:** * Completed higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in the IT field; **Technical Competencies:** * Experience with microservices architectures and distributed systems. * Knowledge of messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ). * Have used or be willing to learn the languages of our stack: Python, Databases, MongoDB, and Flutter; * Knowledge of SOLID concepts and Clean Code; * Solid experience with Java development (versions 8\+); * Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring (Boot, MVC, Security) and Hibernate; * Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices; * Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; * Familiarity with version control tools (Git); * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Will be a differential:** * Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and focus on results.
