This position offers exposure to market analysis, sustainability, contract management, and executive presentation development, supporting strategic initiatives related to logistics parks and office buildings. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitoring sustainability indicators for existing and upcoming projects. * Supporting the identification of business opportunities related to leasing contracts for logistics parks and office buildings. * Researching relevant market information in operational locations. * Preparing presentations in Portuguese and English (Spanish is considered a plus). * Collaborating in the collection, tracking, and organization of contractual information. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking). * Basic Spanish proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking). * Analytical, organized profile with interest in working in an international corporate environment.
