Job Summary:
As a PCP Analyst, you will plan and control production at a company specializing in sophisticated fire-related environment solutions, responsible for developing production plans, scheduling work orders, and monitoring processes to ensure balance between demand and production capacity.

**Essential Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields;
* Experience as a PCP Analyst;
* Advanced Excel knowledge;
* Lean certifications or training;
* Communicative, analytical profile with strong teamwork skills.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand and factory capacity;
* Define manufacturing priorities according to customer orders and inventory levels;
* Schedule production orders (POs) according to logical sequence and resource availability;
* Monitor raw material, input, and finished goods inventory levels;
* Establish minimum stock policies and reorder points;
* Determine operation sequence and order across machines and departments;
* Adjust the schedule in case of delays, material shortages, or machine maintenance;
* Ensure balance between demand and production capacity;
* Issue purchase requisitions to the procurement department when necessary;
* Monitor production order progress on the shop floor;
* Measure KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, and rework rate;
* Implement corrective actions in case of plan deviations.
**ABOUT THE POSITION:**
**Compensation:** BRL 5,500.00 (PJ)
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM
**Location:** Chácara Santo Antônio (South Zone)
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
