Job Summary: Experienced professional in AI development and architecture, specializing in Generative AI and process automation, to work within a modular and collaborative program. Key Highlights: 1. Building RAG pipelines and agent-based AI applications **What We’re Looking For:** =================== A professional with experience in AI/ML development and architecture, focused on Generative AI, process automation, and building scalable services for global platforms. This role operates within a modular program, featuring strong collaboration between technical and business teams, in a fully remote model. **Responsibilities:** ====================== * Design and implement Generative AI solutions for automating internal processes and end-user products; * Develop, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security; * Convert existing business processes into AI-driven automated workflows; * Collaborate with GenAI and security service teams to identify automation opportunities and enhance AI capabilities; * Build RAG pipelines and agent-based AI applications; * Prototype, deploy, and scale models in production integrated with organizational platforms and workflows; * Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing on Generative AI; * Support internal upskilling initiatives on Generative AI tools and capabilities. **Requirements and Qualifications:** =============================== * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in AI/ML engineering with direct use of Generative AI and LLMs; * Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow; * Practical experience with prompt engineering, fine\-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases; * Knowledge of security services (authentication, access control, WAF, IOC) and integration via REST APIs; * Solid foundations in Machine Learning, NLP techniques, LLM architectures, and agent\-to\-agent integrations; * Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non\-technical audiences; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** ================= * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in AI/ML engineering with direct use of Generative AI and LLMs; * Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow; * Practical experience with prompt engineering, fine\-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases; * Knowledge of security services (authentication, access control, WAF, IOC) and integration via REST APIs; * Solid foundations in Machine Learning, NLP techniques, LLM architectures, and agent\-to\-agent integrations; * Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non\-technical audiences; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= * We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily tasks; * Demonstrates strong **problem\-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adversarial and innovative** situations.
