People Development: Disseminating best practices and elevating the team’s quality bar through mentoring. Requirements: What we seek: * Solid experience as a Tech Lead or Architect. * Experience in the Financial Services sector. * Multi\-stack profile (Go/Java \+ Low\-code/Mendix platforms). * Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) or other cloud providers.
