Apply now and help build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain data environments and processes on Azure and on-premises, ensuring continuous and reliable operations; * Perform advanced administration and support for Databricks (Azure), including troubleshooting and operational tuning; * Monitor and oversee data pipelines, jobs, integrations, and routines, applying both preventive and corrective approaches; * Implement fixes and improvements to existing processes, identifying root causes and reducing recurrence; * Lead incident management and resolution (SLA adherence, prioritization, communication, tracking until stabilization); * Support BI and development teams by ensuring environments are ready for new releases and business demands; * Continuously evolve and improve DataOps / CI-CD pipelines for data (governance, quality, and reliability); * Collaborate with infrastructure and architecture teams as needed (capacity, access, security, network, performance); * Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory best practices; * Propose and implement enhancements to observability, monitoring, and alerting (metrics, logs, traceability). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Senior-level experience in Data Engineering with emphasis on support and operations (not only greenfield projects); * Solid hands-on experience with Databricks, especially troubleshooting and supporting production jobs/pipelines; * Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure; * Experience supporting production data pipelines, integrations, and data processes; * Knowledge of monitoring, incident management, and problem management (SLA adherence, prioritization, response, and post-incident analysis). **Additional Information** We are the **Grupo SysMap**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact technology companies delivering innovative solutions that transform businesses and develop talent.
