Empathy and respect are pillars of our team. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Director of Technology**, who will join the company’s executive leadership, partnering with Product and other business areas to accelerate the execution of the company’s strategy in Technology and Artificial Intelligence. We seek a leader capable of building a high-performance Technology organization; developing people—including leaders; and preparing the team to scale sustainably. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and execute the Technology strategy, ensuring a modern, scalable, resilient platform prepared for the company’s growth. * Develop and empower Technology leaders, cultivating successors and building an organization capable of sustainable scaling. * Attract, develop, and retain talent, strengthening a culture of high performance, autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning. * Lead the company’s evolution toward an AI\-First organization, embedding Artificial Intelligence into products, processes, and the software development lifecycle. * Ensure alignment among Technology, Product, and Business, translating strategy into consistent execution and value generation for customers and the company. * Promote technical excellence through modern practices in architecture, software development, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, Observability, and Continuous Delivery. * Manage Technology as an investment portfolio, balancing innovation, platform evolution, technical debt, security, reliability, and operational efficiency. * Manage budget, infrastructure, and strategic investment decisions, seeking optimal balance among cost, innovation, and growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience** * Proven experience in executive Technology roles. * Track record in building and scaling high-performance Technology organizations. * Demonstrated experience in developing leaders, cultivating successors, and driving organizational evolution. * Experience in technology companies, leading high-scale platforms and digital products. * Experience partnering with Product and business areas to define and execute corporate strategies. **Technical Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud computing. * Extensive experience with Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, Observability, and Continuous Delivery. * Familiarity with engineering metrics such as DORA, SPACE, and Flow Metrics. * Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity, automation, and innovation. * Experience in financial management of Technology, budgeting, and strategic investment allocation. **Competencies** * Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performance organizations. * Strategic vision and strong results orientation. * Excellent communication and influence with executive leadership. * Systems thinking to balance innovation, speed, quality, and efficiency. * Collaborative mindset, focused on organizational development and culture.  **Differentiators** * Experience in high-growth SaaS, B2B, or B2B2C companies. * Experience in organizational transformation and technological modernization. * Experience implementing AI\-First strategies. * Knowledge of Engineering Economics and investment portfolio management. **Additional Information** **What You Can Expect From Us?** **** * 100% remote work. * A culture of trust, results focus, significant challenge, and continuous learning. * Autonomy and ownership, in a highly collaborative and empathetic environment. * A feedback-oriented culture with 1:1s led by human-centered, non-micromanaging leadership. * Comprehensive benefits including meal/food allowance, childcare, remote work, health, education and culture allowances, Gympass, birthday time-off, discounts on therapy and English courses, and other partnerships.
