Job Summary: Professional responsible for coordinating a team and preparing/overseeing urban planning approval, development, and legalization processes. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or related fields; * Relevant professional experience; * Experience in team coordination; * Knowledge of applicable legal, regulatory, and legislative frameworks; * Postgraduate degree in the field is desirable. * Prepare various applications and declarations, ensuring correct documentation for approval, development, and legalization processes; * Obtain urban planning guidelines/feasibility assessments from competent authorities, including document submission, registration, and application follow-up; * Request land use and occupation certificates, verifying the legal status of the land and its * suitability for the project; * Monitor various registrations at municipal offices, ensuring compliance with legal and administrative procedures; * Conduct development registrations; * Carry out and monitor the approval process at GRAPROHAB (Group for Analysis and Approval of Housing Projects), including compliance with CETESB (São Paulo State Environmental Company) checklist requirements; * Carry out and monitor the process of obtaining and registering the Certificate of Occupancy (Habite-se); * Coordinate the development and legalization team. 2512180202551814735
