Legal and regulatory knowledge in the field Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Experience in team coordination; * Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and legislation relevant to the position; * Postgraduate degree in the field is desirable. * Prepare various applications and declarations, ensuring correct documentation required for approval, development registration, and legalization processes; * Obtain urban planning guidelines/feasibility approvals from competent authorities, including document submission, filing, and application follow-up; * Request land use and occupation certificates, verifying the legal status of the land and its * suitability for the project; * Monitor various filings at municipal offices, ensuring compliance with legal and administrative procedures; * Perform development registrations; * Conduct and monitor the approval process at GRAPROHAB (Housing Project Analysis and Approval Group), including compliance with CETESB (Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo) checklist requirements; * Conduct and monitor the process of obtaining and registering the Certificate of Occupancy (Habite-se); * Coordinate the development registration and legalization team. 2511170202461814735
