That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** A professional from the **CONTRACTOR** responsible for producing the software artifacts that the Squad must deliver. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Purpose of the Role** We are seeking a developer who goes beyond traditional coding, leveraging modern AI and automation tools to accelerate delivery cycles. This professional will be responsible for building scalable systems for the Department of Education, working with an agent-based workflow, high-performance low\-code tools, and distributed architecture. **Responsibilities and Workflow** Daily work will follow a structured, already-validated efficient flow across projects: * Agile development of frontend interfaces and logic using Lovable * Completed higher education degree (technologist, undergraduate, or lato sensu and/or stricto sensu postgraduate) in Information Technology. * Backend and infrastructure management with Supabase (Auth, Database, Storage, and vector database) * Implementation and maintenance of agent connectivity via MCP (Model Context Protocol), integrating AI agents into local or self\-hosted environments * Design of data architecture with dense RPC (Remote Procedure Call) invocations * Communication between services via APIs or Supabase SSR * Development of backend logic in Node.js and TypeScript * Building complex automations using N8N * Quality assurance through environment separation (frontend and backend), responsiveness testing, and continuous deployment **Mandatory Technical Requirements** * Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (minimum 3 years) * Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js * Solid experience with PostgreSQL, preferably using Supabase * Experience creating RPC functions * Knowledge of consuming REST APIs * Experience in distributed execution environments * Familiarity with AI-based development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar * Experience with N8N for automation and workflow orchestration **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with the MCP (Model Context Protocol), especially within the Anthropic/Claude ecosystem * Interest in applying technology to transform public education **Additional Information** In continuous development, we foster a collaborative, respectful, and accessible environment. **We invest in talent development** and in implementing practices that optimize and connect diverse technological and innovative aspects.
