**Senior JAVA Developer** We are looking for a **Senior JAVA Developer** to drive people and businesses forward through innovation, with attitude, leadership, and a focus on making things happen. **Your impact in this role:** Serve as the technical reference for the project. You will help design the backend architecture of components leveraging AI models, working across technical implementation, business alignment, and enabling new features. ✅ **Essential Requirements:** * Java/Spring expertise: Architecture of distributed systems and high availability. * MCP ecosystem: Architect and orchestrate the network of connections between the corporate backend and MCP clients/servers, defining security, authentication, and access control (RBAC) standards for AIs. * GenAI architecture: Proven experience designing production-ready Generative AI solutions (advanced RAG, dynamic model routing, multi-agent systems), including both solution selection and hands-on coding. * Monitoring and LLMOps: Experience monitoring Generative AI (hallucination tracking, latency, token consumption, observability, and tracing). * Security and Governance: Implementation of robust guardrails and protection against major AI threats, such as Prompt Injection/Jailbreaks, sensitive data leakage (PII), and excessive agency in MCP orchestration and tool use. * **Nice-to-have:** * Knowledge of Python. **Benefits:** Remote work allowance Flash card Access to South Academy courses and certifications Financial education program **About South:** You will join a collaborative team with autonomy and a continuous improvement mindset, working on projects that deliver real business impact—where turning ideas into tangible outcomes is part of everyday work.
