If you are a proactive professional passionate about solving complex problems and want to be at the forefront of the generative AI revolution—designing robust solutions that integrate cutting-edge technologies within a dynamic cloud environment—this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, architect, and evolve AI solutions, specifically intelligent chatbots and conversational agents; * Design, implement, and optimize RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) architectures to enhance context and response accuracy of language models; * Develop advanced workflows and orchestration of LLMs using LangChain and related tools; * Write clean, testable, scalable, and high-performance code using Python, Node.js, and TypeScript; * Develop and integrate robust APIs and microservices connected to AWS cloud platforms; * Actively collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to refine technical requirements, propose innovative architectural solutions, and ensure continuous delivery of value; * Ensure code quality through best development practices (Clean Code), code reviews, and automated testing. **Requirements:** * Solid backend development experience using Python and Node.js with TypeScript; * Proven hands-on experience developing solutions using generative AI frameworks, specifically LangChain; * Conceptual and practical expertise in implementing RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) architectures and integrating with vector databases; * Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., AWS Lambda, ECS, S3, Bedrock, DynamoDB, etc.); * Experience with data modeling and SQL/NoSQL databases. **Nice-to-Have:** * Practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM fine\-tuning techniques; * Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) on AWS; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Contributions to open\-source AI projects or a personal portfolio of AI-related projects. **Work Location:** Remote **Who Is Insi?** We are a consultancy specializing in digital evolution.
