The professional will serve as the liaison among technology, business, risk, and compliance areas, coordinating processes, policies, and practices that ensure efficient and sustainable corporate data management. Our commitment is to the continuous development of talent, respecting diversity and fostering an environment where learning, innovation, and sound governance practices go hand in hand. **Join us and BE CAIXA Consórcio!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Data Governance:** Define, implement, and maintain data governance policies, processes, standards, and guidelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, standardization, and alignment with corporate directives. * **Data Quality:** Monitor and ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and availability, proactively identifying and addressing non-conformities. * **Information Security and Classification:** Lead initiatives for data cataloging, classification, protection, and security, ensuring appropriate data usage and mitigation of operational and regulatory risks. * **Data Engineering:** Coordinate the company’s data architecture—including Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and ingestion/transformation pipelines—ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business needs. * **Operational Data Governance:** Conduct data governance forums, committees, and rituals to promote cross-departmental alignment, data-driven decision-making, and ongoing initiative tracking. * **Data Strategy and Roadmap:** Prioritize and execute the data roadmap aligned with the company’s business strategy, ensuring value generation, decision-making support, and continuous analytical advancement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Data or related fields is desirable. **Experience:** * Experience in Data Governance. **Specific Knowledge:** * Advanced English. * Proven experience in data management, information analysis, and data transformation/treatment projects. * Knowledge of database tools, ETL, and visualization (SQL, Power BI, etc.). * Certification in Data Governance, DAMA-DMBOK, or similar frameworks. * Experience with Microsoft Azure data environments. * Familiarity with data protection regulations and legislation (LGPD, GDPR). **Work Location:** Barueri-SP **Work Modality:** Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote.
