Job Summary: BV Bank is seeking a Data Leader or Chapter Lead to manage teams, ensure delivery quality, and contribute to data architecture within an agile, customer-centric environment. We combine people and technology to orchestrate and accelerate our deliveries. **Our credit is not just a number—it’s a strong, real relationship.** ### **Data Leader:** * Technical leadership within the squad, responsible for managing the tribe’s technical data development; * Responsible for team delivery quality; * People management (feedback, 1:1s, career development, and allocation mapping); * Third-party management (access, payments, and performance); * Monitoring of critical data indicators and products, ensuring their sustainability; * Oversight of the tribe’s cloud costs; * Facilitation and assurance of agile rituals execution; * Technical backlog management, including technical debt; * Acting as a Federated Architect, designing technical solutions and participating in architecture and data modeling discussions; * Participation in operational model rituals to ensure synergy among various roles in the data area. * Working in a highly strategic directorate/vertical for the business. ### **Chapter Lead:** * Functional leadership within the squad; * People management (feedback, 1:1s, career development, and allocation mapping); * Third-party management (GTT, access, payments, and performance). ### **Additional Requirements:** * Data Engineering & Analytics (Python, SQL, PySpark, DBT, Airflow). * GCP (BigQuery, GCS, Pub/Sub, Dataflow/Dataproc) and Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow). * Lakehouse architecture, Data Products, DataOps, FinOps, and CI/CD. * Data governance, security, and LGPD compliance. * More than 5 years of direct people management experience. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode near Morumbi CPTM Station. **Diversity and Inclusion** * We invite Black individuals, women, professionals with disabilities, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals of all ages to learn more about us and apply to this position.
