We seek an organized, creative professional with strong leadership skills to coordinate our events and operations. Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and monitor all stages of events; * Manage schedules, suppliers, operational teams, and setup; * Serve as the interface between clients, creative team, production team, and partners; * Ensure project execution within schedule, budget, and quality standards; * Conduct technical site visits and on-site event supervision; * Coordinate logistics for materials, transportation, and teams; * Prepare progress and post-event reports; * Resolve operational demands and unforeseen issues promptly; * Monitor trends in the events and experiential marketing industry.
