Shall we do this together? **Responsibilities and Duties** The Engineering and Expansion Specialist role within the Expansion Construction area involves managing construction companies and suppliers to meet store opening targets, coordinating communications across various RD departments to align on critical issues and ensure schedule adherence. The area also focuses on Capex reduction, requiring critical analysis and identification of process and technical solution improvements. Additionally, the role participates in special projects enabling leadership skill development. 1. Ensure store opening targets — interface with multiple internal departments (Projects / Legalization / OPF / IT / Indirect Procurement), external suppliers (construction company / furniture / CVE / IT / landscaping, etc.), and public regulatory agencies to enable store openings on planned dates. These activities are managed via progress meetings / on-site inspections and control spreadsheets. 2. Cost analysis — ensure supplier budget approvals are conducted with necessary rigor, supported by project documentation and technical information. 3. Monitor material quality used in stores and equipment quality used in installations (furniture / CVE / air-conditioning units). 4. Monitor store installations to ensure required public agency inspections are performed (AVCB / HABITE-SE / VISA / Operating License, etc.). 5. Participate in meetings with BTS investors to clarify technical questions related to the descriptive memorandum defining the scope of services to be delivered. 6. Conduct final store acceptance inspections jointly with the Maintenance Engineering team to ensure seamless handover and guarantee final installation quality. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage the entire process and internal/external interfaces for constructing and installing new stores, aiming to open stores within scheduled deadlines, meeting expected quality standards, and maximizing resource and cost efficiency. Ensure construction quality, equipment installations, and fit-out (furniture and KITs) to enable OPF to achieve its goals and deliver the best possible shopping experience to customers.
