




Job Summary: A professional responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing business opportunities in construction projects, building relationships, and presenting window and door system solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and map business opportunities across construction projects of various scales 2. Build and maintain relationships with construction companies, architects, and engineers 3. Present the company and its competitive advantages in window and door systems * Identify ongoing or upcoming construction projects (e.g., construction companies, architects, engineering firms, real estate developers). * Seek opportunities through technical visits, construction project platforms, professional networks, and industry contacts. * Map regions with potential for new construction developments. * Assess project scale (residential, commercial, industrial). * Verify whether the project profile aligns with the company’s product portfolio and production capacity. * Identify decision-makers (procurement managers, architects, engineers). * Build and maintain relationships with construction companies, architects, and engineers. * Present the company, its products, technical advantages, and window and door systems. * Schedule and conduct in-person or online visits.
