A company in the metalworking and structural steel sector seeks a technically experienced professional to monitor and inspect construction projects. **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct technical site visits for metalworking and structural steel projects; * Monitor on-site execution of work; * Verify quality standards and compliance with design specifications; * Document key project stages through reports and photographs; * Identify and report any technical or execution deviations; * Prepare technical reports for conducted site visits. **Scope of work:** * Concurrent monitoring of multiple construction projects; * Periodic technical site visits, as required by active work fronts; * Preparation of technical reports for monitored projects. **Requirements:** * Experience in metalworking and structural steel; * Experience in construction monitoring or inspection; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation; * Technical or higher education in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or related fields; * Experience preparing metalworking budgets; * Proficiency in Excel and budgeting software; * Basic knowledge of costs, production processes, and metallic materials; * Familiarity with aluminum and steel window/door systems; * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Active CNPJ or ability to issue invoices. **Employment type:** Service provision (PJ) **Compensation:** R$ 8\.000,00 per month **Work location:** Various company construction sites, based on current demand.
