Present the company, its products, and technical advantages in window and door systems * Identify ongoing or future construction projects (construction companies, architects, engineering firms, real estate developers). * Seek opportunities through technical visits, construction project platforms, professional networks, and industry contacts. * Map regions with potential for new construction projects. * Evaluate project scale (residential, commercial, industrial). * Verify whether the project profile aligns with the company's product portfolio and production capacity. * Identify decision-makers (procurement managers, architects, engineers). * Build and maintain relationships with construction companies, architects, and engineers. * Present the company, its products, technical advantages, and window and door systems. * Schedule and conduct in-person or online visits.
