We seek a hands-on professional with systemic vision and the ability to serve as a technical reference—actively contributing to team and solution evolution. **Responsibilities:** Develop and enhance applications using C# and .NET, focusing on performance, scalability, and security; Participate in defining and evolving system architecture, including distributed applications and microservices; Technically lead initiatives, supporting the team in decision-making and development best practices; Mentor less-experienced developers, promoting the team’s technical growth; Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable APIs; Integrate internal and external systems with high reliability; Work with relational and NoSQL databases, performing advanced modeling and optimization; Implement and enhance automated tests and CI/CD pipelines; Ensure code quality through code reviews and standard definition; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, architecture, QA, and frontend); Document architectures, APIs, and key technical decisions. **Required Competencies:** Solid experience in C# and .NET development; Strong knowledge of software architecture and best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD); Experience building and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs; Experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture; Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL; Proficiency in Entity Framework or other ORMs; Experience with AWS (Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, CloudFormation or similar); Knowledge of Git and versioning strategies; **CI/CD experience (e.g.:** Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar); Familiarity with Docker and containerization; Experience with automated testing (unit, integration); Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.); Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing); Experience with DevOps practices; Knowledge of application security; Advanced English; Intermediate Spanish. **Benefits:** ️Meal and/or food allowance provided via Flash card (VISA brand), with no payroll deduction.
