The company is building technological solutions that directly impact the lives of thousands of people, strengthening local economies and democratizing access to financial services. **Your Role in This Journey** In this opportunity, you will be hired directly by the client. **VONBZ** acts as a strategic partner, managing the attraction and selection process to connect you with this creative and high-impact challenge. **️** **Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and evolve backend applications using **Node.js and TypeScript** * Support and continuously improve systems, ensuring stability and reliability * Participate in defining and evolving application architecture, with focus on scalability and security * Implement integrations with internal systems and external services via APIs * Model and optimize relational and NoSQL databases * Implement and evolve **Redis-based caching strategies** * Work in **cloud environments (AWS)**, contributing best practices for infrastructure * Analyze, fix, and prevent failures across development, staging, and production environments * Ensure code quality through automated testing and engineering best practices * Produce and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation * Support definition of technical requirements and propose business-aligned solutions * Apply security practices, fraud prevention, and **LGPD compliance** **✅** **Requirements** * Solid backend development experience with **Node.js** * Proficiency in **TypeScript** * Experience with frameworks such as **NestJS** * Knowledge of **NextJS** for ecosystem integrations * Experience with **relational databases** (PostgreSQL or similar) and **NoSQL** * Knowledge of **Redis** and caching strategies * Experience with **AWS** * Experience with **API-based integrations** * Understanding of **software architecture** and code organization * Experience with automated testing * Ability to analyze requirements and propose structured technical solutions * Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills * Focus on **quality, performance, security, and reliability** * **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in fintechs or **digital financial products** * Knowledge of **LGPD** and information security * Experience with **microservices** and distributed systems * Experience with **CI/CD** and deployment automation * Experience with **monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting** * Knowledge of fraud prevention and risk mitigation * Experience with **automated testing** **Your Day-to-Day** * Evolve high-impact digital financial products * Participate in technical and architectural decisions * Support and continuously improve the platform * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps) * Solve real-world challenges related to scale, security, and performance * Actively contribute to technical and business improvements **Work Model** Work arrangement: Remote Contract type: Individual Contractor (PJ) * Commitment: Full-time only (concurrent employment is not permitted) Equipment: Personal equipment required **Benefits** Life insurance 30 days of paid vacation Birthday Day\-Off Meal allowance of R$ 600.00/month
