Job opening for a Commercial Assistant position at an industrial construction company in Limeira\-SP. Main Responsibilities: * Prospect new clients and business opportunities; * Conduct technical and commercial visits to clients and construction sites; * Develop relationships with engineers, architects, and civil construction professionals; * Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on negotiations; * Monitor construction projects and contract progress; * Perform measurements and alignment meetings with clients; * Handle after\-sales activities, ensuring relationship quality and customer satisfaction; * Work on contract conversion and portfolio expansion. Requirements: * Experience in technical sales within the commercial area; * Technical or higher education degree in civil construction is desirable; * Strong communication skills, dynamism, and negotiation profile; * Ability to overcome objections and lead negotiations; * Availability for external visits and travel; * Valid driver's license and driving experience; * Experience in civil construction, air conditioning systems, or construction projects is desirable. Compensation and Benefits: * Fixed monthly salary, negotiable; * Commission based on closed contracts; * Company car and mobile phone; * Travel expenses covered by the company. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
