Job Summary: Commercial Assistant professional for active prospecting, contacting architecture and engineering firms, identifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct active prospecting and contact high-end clients. 2. Support the sales team throughout the sales funnel. 3. Maintain professional and consultative relationships. The company is seeking a Commercial Assistant in Curitiba (Bigorrilho). **Responsibilities:** Conduct internal active prospecting via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, and other contact channels. Contact architecture, urban planning, and landscape architecture firms to present the company's solutions. Reach out to engineers and architects responsible for large-scale residential and condominium projects. Identify opportunities and qualify leads according to business profile and potential. Schedule and confirm technical and commercial visits for the external sales team. Update and organize lead and opportunity information in spreadsheets or tracking systems. Support the sales team in monitoring leads throughout the sales funnel. Maintain professional, consultative, and aligned relationships with the company's high-end clientele. Previous experience as Sales Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, or Commercial Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
