Job Summary: We are seeking a DB2 Performance Specialist to conduct critical performance analyses and support regulatory and data migration projects in Mainframe / AS400 environments. Key Highlights: 1. Critical performance tuning for DB2/VSAM in Mainframe/AS400 environments 2. Focus on index, query, and critical routine optimization 3. Experience in regulatory projects and data migration We are looking for a **DB2 Performance Specialist** to perform critical performance analyses and support regulatory and data migration projects in **Mainframe / AS400** environments. #### **Responsibilities** * Analyze **DB2/VSAM performance impacts** during **CNPJ conversion processes**; * Propose adjustments to **indexes, queries, and critical routines**, ensuring efficiency and stability; * Support the definition of **migration windows**, as well as the execution of **load and stress testing**; * Proactively identify risks of performance degradation. #### **Expected Skills** * Solid experience in **DB2 tuning on AS400**; * Knowledge of **COBOL application performance analysis**; * Hands-on experience in **regulatory projects** or **data migration projects**; * Strong analytical capability and systemic understanding of critical environments. #### **Technical Requirements** * Minimum **8 years of experience in Mainframe environments**; * Proven experience in **identifying and mitigating performance bottlenecks**.
