Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Technical knowledge of the IT environment for Telecommunications; * Experience in systems architecture to address technical and business challenges; * Knowledge of platforms and tools specific to key initiatives you will support; * Critical analysis of requirements and modeling to translate business-identified challenges; * Definition and support for software and solution architecture; * Knowledge of agile methodology; * Experience in Salesforce projects acting as Technical Lead and/or Architect; * Hands-on profile (designing, creating, presenting, and implementing project solutions); * Define and design, suggesting the optimal technical and functional solution by understanding the business context and the project’s actual needs while assessing risks and overall impacts of the proposed solution; * Propose technical solutions considering optimal tool usage (performance, scalability, maintainability, platform limitations, etc.); * Ensure visibility and management of interdependencies among features comprising the solution; * Produce technical documentation; * Support and guide implementation, development, and testing teams; * Provide consultative support in technical/functional forums; * Serve as the Salesforce technical/functional reference; * Be responsible for technical refinement of requirements; * Support and/or perform troubleshooting for critical issues and participate in war rooms; * Escalate and direct technical blockers and support their resolution; * Be fully accountable for all engagement and actions related to the technical scope during the refinement phase; * Defend technical solutions before the Technical COE; * Support detailing the feature roadmap (technical vision); * Keep controls and tools updated (status, blockers, refinement planning, etc). **Requirements and qualifications** * Advanced knowledge of declarative customization in Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. * Advanced knowledge of Salesforce programmatic backend and frontend capabilities: Apex, LWC, Aura, Data Raptor, Calculation Matrix, Vlocity Card. * Knowledge of OmniStudio, CPQ Industries, Order Management (OM), Catalog, PLM, Vlocity Core, FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors/DataMappers, Calculation Matrix, Templates, APEX REST, external calls (callouts); * Advanced knowledge of APIs and microservices (REST, SOAP); * Familiarity with deployment processes and tools, preferably GIT; * User, system, profile, permission, and access administration. * Bachelor’s degree in Software Development Technology, preferably Software Engineering; * Salesforce certifications focused on solution architecture and/or technical leadership. * Bonus: \+5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect; * Bonus: Experience in projects involving solution and technical architecture definitions for Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence integration. **Additional information** We are the **Grupo SysMap**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
