**Job Description****:** **SELECTION PROCESS REGULATIONS** **THE FRANCISCO ANTÔNIO DE SALLES SCIENTIFIC STUDIES AND RESEARCH CENTER – FAS**, through this regulation, publicly announces the opening of registrations and establishes rules regarding the conduct of the Selection Process for the position described below, to be hired under the CLT regime via probationary contract. This selection process is not a public competition; therefore, no job stability other than that permitted and required by the CLT for probationary contracts shall result from it. The personal data collected herein aim to register interested candidates for the Selection Process for the position of interest. We emphasize that access to and use of this information is restricted to Human Resources personnel. **1\. SELECTION PROCESS** **1\.1** The Selection Process is governed by the provisions contained in this regulation and its annexes, possible addenda or corrections, and other relevant publications, which will be made available on the FAS website: https://transparencia.fas.org.br **1\.2** This Selection Process will be conducted under the responsibility of Human Resources and the Selection Process Committee, appointed by FAS, in accordance with the rules established in this Notice. **1\.3** Only one registration per candidate is allowed; if multiple registrations occur, the second registration will be disregarded. **1\.4** IT IS THE CANDIDATE’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO MONITOR all stages of the schedule and publications that may be made available ON THE SELECTION PROCESS PAGE at the electronic address https://transparencia.fas.org.br and/or via telephone/email (Outlook, Live, and Hotmail accounts will not be accepted). \*Candidates who miss the date of the next call will not be entitled to appeal\*. **1\.5** The Selection Process shall remain valid for three (3) months from the date of hiring the selected candidate, subject to extension upon FAS’s need. **1\.6** The position, number of vacancies, weekly working hours, monthly remuneration, and prerequisites required for hiring will be disclosed during the interview. **1\.7\.6 THE SELECTION PROCESS SHALL CONSIST OF:** **a) FIRST STAGE** \- Registration, elimination-based; **b) SECOND STAGE** \- Review of documents required for each position, elimination-based; **c) THIRD STAGE** \- Evaluation of Competencies and Behavioral Skills, both elimination- and classification-based. For this stage, candidates ranked in the Document Review Stage will be summoned, considering a minimum of 03 (three) candidates per vacancy and/or for reserve list formation; **d) FOURTH STAGE** \- Submission of documents and medical examination, elimination-based. **Only candidates who successfully complete all scheduled stages and are approved and ranked shall be eligible for hiring.** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To plan, develop, monitor, and supervise architectural projects focused on the healthcare sector, ensuring compliance with technical standards, current legislation, and regulatory agency requirements, thereby guaranteeing functionality, safety, and quality of hospital and healthcare environments. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Design, develop, and monitor hospital and healthcare architectural projects; Conduct technical studies, surveys, adaptations, and project integrations; Monitor construction, renovation, and building maintenance activities across healthcare units; Ensure projects comply with RDCs (Resolution of the National Health Surveillance Agency) and regulatory agencies.
